Return/Exchange Policy:
1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dreezy Designz. We will accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be approved by us before any refund or exchanges will be given.
2. Exchanges: We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged for a different size or color. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [Dreezydesignz@gmail.com] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds/Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you prefer, we can also issue store credit for future purchases.
5. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Custom items:All custom orders ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THESE ITEMS. UNLESS THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
